First I would write the compiler and compile it with Delphi32. I can't sea a reason why Delphi32 shouldn't be able to produce a 64-bit compiler for Linux.

I'm not an expert in producing compilers. I suppose that the guys from Embarcadero will know this better. My original post was only a joke.
