Any comment on this request? Two years, or two versions, seems like a minimum to me.
All of our customers are required to be on a maintenance plan, similar I think to SourceGear Vault. So theoretically we could force all users to upgrade.
Even in that situation, we actively support two and sometimes three versions, depending on when in the release cycle.
