From recent comments it seems like almost everybody in EMBT must be spending almost all of their spare time lurking in these groups - which is great for EMBT if customer concerns are indeed communicated back within the company.
But the Wikipedia entry for "Communication" says that it "is a process whereby information is enclosed in a package and is channeled and imparted by a sender to a receiver via some medium. The receiver then decodes the message ... and gives the sender a feedback"
A little more emphasis on that last part would be greatly welcomed by us customers.
