Thanks for the welcome!  Indeed we have great people working here and 
I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to join up with Embarcadero and
associate myself with them on a daily basis.


I'll be monitoring and chiming in when it makes sense.  I'll also pose a 
few questions from time to time to stimulate some discussion and hear 
what the users think - should be fun ;)
